
In order to best suit your needs, we have a standard service
package at very affordable prices or an additional list of
services we’ll personalize to your specific requirements.
While it is unoccupied, we visit your property at least twice
a month to ensure that the structure and all the contents
are both sound and secure. We also use the time allocated
in our service agreement with you to manage, maintain, clean,
service, repair and improve your property and equipment.

Equipment
We will take care of the general maintenance
of your house equipment and clean the filters.
We will manage the guarantees and organize for
specific equipment to be serviced regularly
by an approved specialist. Whenever possible
we will fix small damages. |

Openings
We will verify that the openings and their protections
are functioning properly. Paint touch ups, seals,
oiling of hinges and locks, cleaning of shutters
and thresholds. |

Terraces,
patios and balconies
We will visually check the water-tightness and
paving, maintain the joints and clean the patios
and balconies. |
|
Walls
We will repair small cracks, fix some elements
properly and paint small areas where needed.
The waterproof joints and tiles will be checked. |

Gas
We will make sure that the gas supplies are
turned off while the property is standing vacant.
We will check and replace the flexible pipes
upon their expiry date and organize for your
gas equipment to be serviced regularly by an
approved specialist. |

Electricity
We will verify that your domestic equipment
is in good working order and that its protections
are safe. Small damages and deteriorations will
be repaired while some elements such as switches,
light bulbs and fixtures will be properly fixed
or replaced. |

Water
We will control the water consumption and check
for any leak or humidity problem. If necessary,
we’ll repair or replace small equipments
and some waterproof seals. The filters will
be checked, cleaned and replaced when necessary. |

Swimming
pool
If you have a specialist, we will check the
general state of the installation and make sure
the maintainer is providing the agreed service.

Garden
furniture
Garden furniture can be expensive but it will
last for years and look at its best if its kept
clean and stored under cover while not used.
We’ll just do this for you. |

Garden
If you have a preferred gardener, we will inspect
the general state and condition of the garden
and plants to ensure the maintainer is providing
the agreed service. In the meantime, we’ll
take care of the proper maintenance and servicing
of the gardening equipment. |

Premises
/ built areas
In order to prevent important and expensive
damages, and based upon our agreement, we will
make fortnightly visits to your premises, check
for any deterioration and take action to limit
any potential worsening. |

Payment
of bills and statements
All bills presented to us and in relation to
the property such as electricity, water, telephone,
and gas will be paid on your behalf before being
debited to your Client Account. This way you
are ensured that the bills are checked, paid
promptly and if necessary any issue with the
service provider can be dealt with rapidly.
Fully itemised statements showing all transactions
in your Client Account will be sent to you every
month. |

With minimum 10 days prior notice, we will prepare
your property for your visit according to the
present local weather conditions. We will turn
on the heating or air-conditioning, install
a dehumidifier for 48 hours (optional); start
the hot water supply and fridge. The beds and
towels will be prepared and we will supply you
with a comprehensive food parcel (optional).
After your departure, we will reposition all
the equipment in stand by mode, verify that
the taps are functioning properly and take care
of the laundry of bed sheets and house linen.

More often our clients have their own vehicles
stored at their home for local use. We can take
care of the basic maintenance and make sure
they are in good working order prior to your
return. This service consists of:
CARS / MOTORCYCLES / BICYCLES
- controlling the battery level;
- recharging the battery when needed;
- controlling the tyres air pressure;
- checking the engine levels;
- starting up the engine ;
- cleaning. |

pool maintenance
The cost for maintaining a pool varies depending
on the size of the pool and the system in place.
We are here to help you find the most appropriate
solution for your pool maintenance and verify
that the maintainer is providing the agreed
service.

with IVA.
